For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of guiding parents and transforming family relationships through practical psychology, compassionate coaching, and value-based parenting.
Alongside my professional journey, I have spent 35 years as a single mother, raising my own children through life’s many challenges and triumphs. This personal experience has taught me that parenting is not about being perfect—it is about being present, aware, and continually growing alongside our children.
My approach combines real-life parenting wisdom with evidence-based psychology. I have trained in Modern Applied Psychology under Dr. Kain Ramsay, studied Child Psychology under Dr. Karen E. Wells in London, and am a Humanistic Educationist trained under Dr. Ikeda. These foundations allow me to bridge science, emotional intelligence, and conscious parenting into practical strategies that families can implement every day.
